All work undertaken by the firm is done so on a contingency fee basis. Adult clients are represented on a 1/3 contingency basis. The firm underwrites most major costs associated with litigation although costs are always a matter of negotiation between the firm and the client. No attorney’s fee or reimbursement of any costs is ever charged to a client unless a financial result by way of settlement, arbitration award or verdict is achieved in favor of the client. If there is no financial settlement, award or verdict in favor of the client, no bill will ever be presented. Costs are conservatively managed and are always discussed with the client. Only necessary cost which promote the client’s litigation and position are ever recommended with an eye to achieving the greatest benefit and result for the client.

The law firm prides itself in reducing its contingency fee when representing a minor (individual under the age of 18 who is resident of the State of Delaware at the time of injury). The specific contingency fee will be discussed and agreed upon depending upon a variety of factors which will be developed during the initial interview.
